We're at the Atrium Hotel, 18700 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine, CA 92612, just across from John Wayne Airport. The theme of the RG will be events that take place during different periods of time. Room prices will be consistent with last year's price of $99. Admission prices will remain constant both for the early bird registration, late registration and day-tripper rates. The value for this year's RG will be extremely high -- the rooms are even nicer than last year, as are the pool and surrounding area and the meeting facilities.
There is an Early Bird Special on room rates! When you book your room prior to May 31st, you will receive a special rate of $89/night -- and this includes two complimentary breakfast buffets in Waterfalls Restaurant! You save $10/night off our already negotiated rate of $99/night! After May 31st, the rate goes up to $99/ night. Take advantage of the discount and book your room prior to May 31st! When booking your room -- (949) 833-2770 -- you can get your special rate by asking for Carol Smith and telling her that you are part of the Mensa group.

The 2010 RG committee has big plans for this year's RG. We will continue to update this webpage with information as it becomes available. Please check back often to keep up to date with new information.
Along with our usual fantastic slate of programs, games and activities, here is a taste of some of the events already on tap:
Friday night: Reception for the same price ($15) as the (former) Sunday brunch! Our traditional No-Limit Hold'em Poker Tournament (bigger and better than ever!), followed by a concert with one of the hottest bands in Southern California! Come rock out, dance and have a great time with Dig Jelly and SPECIAL GUESTS!! The Atrium Hotel will DEFINITELY be the place to be on Friday, September 3rd!!
Saturday night: The Time Warp RG Costume Ball. Expect a magical evening as we take a journey through time. The meeting rooms will be opened up and transformed into a lighting and audio experience not to miss! Great prizes to be awarded for originality, creativity and other categories!
Sunday night: RETURN OF THE ROOM PARTIES!!! We are offering great incentives to host a room party this year! Each party must be set in a different time period! The more the merrier, but email us early with your intent to host a party. Time periods are first come, first served!
